  • Not a medical or mental health provider
  • Not a replacement for therapy or counseling
  • Not an emergency or crisis response service
  • Not private or direct messaging between users

How Support Works

When you submit a post:

  • it may be reviewed before appearing publicly
  • AI-assisted triage may help route support more safely
  • relevant resources may be shown based on your post

This process is meant to support safer moderation and clearer next steps. It does not replace human care.

We are not able to monitor posts in real time.

Moderators review posts for safety, but we cannot guarantee every harmful post will always be caught.

AI-Assisted Features

Some responses on the platform use AI support tools.

These responses are:

  • general in nature
  • not personalized medical advice
  • not guaranteed to be accurate

They are meant to support, not replace, human understanding or professional care.

Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or identifying personal details.
